All nominations are recorded and entered into the awards process by closing date 5pm on the 21st September 2018. Entries will be assessed by the judging panel according to the criteria as specified in each of the categories.
From the approved entries submitted the ECA judging panel will review each nomination and score them accordingly based on the category criteria as stipulated in each entry. The entries that score the highest through the scoring process are then reviewed again by the entire judging panel at the judges meeting and a vote is cast to establish the short-list and then the overall winners. This is an independent process and the Sponsors, ECA staff or organiser do not select the nominees, short-list or winners and neither do they influence the judges in any way.
The short-list is announced at the start of October 2018. Nominees that have been shortlisted will be contacted directly and an interview with 2 members of the judging panel will take place. Category winners and the Young Professional of the Year will be announced at the Early Career Awards ceremony taking place on the 5th November 2018 in the Mansion House, Dublin.
The closing date for entries is September 21st 2018. All applicants will be judged by our judging panel and all nominees that have been short-listed will then be contacted directly by the Early Career Awards team.
One winner in each of our seventeen categories is announced at our Awards Ceremony on the 5th November 2018, in the Mansion House, Dublin.
