Sonya Boyce
Consulting Manager – Mazars
- Since joining Mazars, Sonya has grown the HR services consulting service line in service capability and team terms to become one of the most successful service lines in Mazars Consulting
- Prior to joining Mazars, she trained with IBEC on their Industrial Relations and Human Resources Graduate programme before moving on to a HR Manager position in a top-tier law firm
Fran Carey
HR Business Partner – HSBC
- Previous experience in HR across technology, FMCG and health sectors
- Dynamic HR Generalist with broad experience in all HR disciplines
- Fran is also a recently certified as an NLP practitioner with a particular interest in the art of communication
Suzann Baker
HR Director – Fenergo
- Suzann has cultivated deep expertise in best practice human resource management for a number of leading, global enterprises, developing strategic HR solutions for complex issues such as senior management recruitment, global employee engagement, disciplinary and grievance issues and union negotiation, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation
- Suzann is responsible for managing the global rollout of Fenergo’s HR policies, programmes and strategies. Having managed employee growth of 650% in three years
- Suzann previously was a HR leader for Convergys and Swissport
