Terms & Conditions

All entries are to be submitted by 5pm by the 9th August 2024. Please ensure you complete and submit your entries by this date. There is no admission fee for The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards.


The nominee must be head-quartered or have an operational base within the Republic of Ireland. Entries can be submitted by organisations or their representatives as long as full approval is sought from all parties before submission. The nominee must be in the first 7 years of the industry they are being nominated for. The maximum number of categories that each organisation can submit nominations for is 3 in total.


Please ensure you read the criteria for the category you are entering. For the relevant categories, nominees must be within the first 7 years of their career in their nominated category. Please see each category for any additional category-specific criteria.


The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.


All completed entries will be acknowledged online upon completion of entry. If you do not see this confirmation page, please do contact Gail Finegan event manager on 00353 86 166 2316  or gfinegan@lincoln.ie to confirm receipt of your entry.


The judges decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of short-listed nominations or winners.


We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point with less than 500 words as a general guide.


We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval, winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public for future marketing and promotion.


The Lincoln Recruitment Early Career Awards reserve the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of nominations received not reach the required standard.
