About Us

The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards

Celebrating Ireland’s Early Career Achievers

Founded in 2015 The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards celebrate excellence and recognise the achievements of brilliant professionals who are in the first 7 years of their career in Ireland, and ultimately, reward innovation, best practice and outstanding achievement across a broad range of professional sectors.

13 awards were presented to professionals and employers who have made the biggest impact on the Irish market over the past 12 months. For the individual awards the judges also took a broad and holistic view of the person and their career achievements when deciding on finalists and winners, including career achievements, impact within their professional and any contribution to the wider society through their education and professional experience.

NOMINATIONS

Nominations for The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards 2025 will open in March 2025. It is free to nominate and all nominees are required to attend an online interview with our judges between the end of July and mid-August. We welcome all nominees including those with physical or neurological differences. If a nominee who is neurodivergent prefers not to attend the online interview they are welcome to send their application to ourselves in whatever format works best for them.  The judges then announce the shortlistees who will be given 2 complimentary tickets to the awards ceremony in September 2025 (date and venue to be announced in March 2025) when the category winners will be announced.

To be eligible nominees must meet the basic award criteria, namely;

  • Must be 7 years or under in the profession they are being nominated for
  • Show commitment to their personal and professional development
  • Show exceptional professional achievements and contribution in their functional, technical or specialist area
