Founded in 2015 The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards celebrate excellence and recognise the achievements of brilliant professionals who are in the first 7 years of their career in Ireland, and ultimately, reward innovation, best practice and outstanding achievement across a broad range of professional sectors.
We are excited to build on the success of previous years and would like to invite you to get involved by nominating a outstanding colleague for this year awards. The event will be held in the Royal Irish Academy of Music, on Tuesday the 24th of September, a stunning venue to celebrate exceptional professionals and organisations. MC for the evening will be award-winning Irish comedian Neil Delamere.
13 awards will be presented professionals and employers who have made the biggest impact on the Irish market over the past 12 months. For the individual awards the judges also take a broad and holistic view of the person and their career achievements when deciding on finalists and winners, including career achievements, impact within their professional and any contribution to the wider society through their education and professional experience.
NOMINATIONS
Nominations for The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards 2024 are now open until Thursday the 27th of June 2024. It is free to nominate and all shortlistees will receive two complimentary tickets to the event. Click here to Nominate now.
To be eligible nominees must meet the basic award criteria, namely;
- Must be 7 years or under in the profession they are being nominated for
- Show commitment to their personal and professional development
- Show exceptional professional achievements and contribution in their functional, technical or specialist area
JUDGES
The awards are judged by a panel of experts representing top global and Irish companies and leading organisations across Ireland.
All nominees will be required to attend an online interview with our judges between the end of July and mid-August. We welcome all nominees including those with physical or neurological differences. If a nominee who is neurodivergent prefers not to attend the online interview they are welcome to send their application to ourselves in whatever format works best for them. The judges will then announce the shortlistees who will be given 2 complimentary tickets to the awards ceremony on the 24th of September 2024 at The Royal Irish Academy of Music when the category winners will be announced.
