Tom O’Connor

Head of Compliance  – Hedgeserv

  • Previously worked at EY (Ernst & Young) and the Banking & Payments Federation of Ireland
  • Completed an MBA with really high calibre classmates while working full-time
  • Regularly presents at industry seminars to peers on Compliance & Risk hot topics; successfully navigating regulatory inspections
  • Proud Leinster Rugby season ticket holder!

 

Stephen Andrews

Client Relationship Manager – Origin Capital

  • With over 10 years + PQE, Stephen has a wealth of experience working with Big 4 Practice in the UK and Ireland across different service lines including Audit and Assurance and Transaction Advisory
  • Currently works for Origin Capital with responsibility for Origination of Corporate Real Estate Lending Transactions. He leads the active management of a growing portfolio of Corporate Real Estate clients, drives the new business strategy and leads the execution of all commercial lending transactions

 

Ciara Hanrahan

Head of Compliance – Capita Asset Services

  • Ciara has over 10 years Compliance experience spanning across multiple financial services sectors
  • In her current role, she has responsibility for the second line of defence Compliance Function
  • Ciara has a broad range of Compliance experience, covering Assurance, Regulatory Policy and Advice along with Upstream Risk.  More recently she played an instrumental role in Capita developing the Compliance function in line with the newly regulated Credit Servicing Industry
