The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards, in association with KBC Bank Ireland, celebrate excellence and recognises the achievements of brilliant young professionals in Ireland, and ultimately, rewards innovation, best practice and outstanding achievement across a broad range of professional sectors.

Ashville Media Group are delighted to announce The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards 2019 will be launching this May.  We are excited to build on the success of previous years and would like to invite you to get involved by nominating, entering or sponsoring this year awards. The event will be held in the Round Room, The Mansion House on 23rd of October, a stunning venue to celebrate exceptional young professionals in the early stages of their careers.

 

Awards will be presented to young professionals who have made the biggest impact on the Irish market over the past 12 months, recognising outstanding contribution in a person’s profession. The judges also take a broad and holistic view of the person and their career achievements when deciding on finalists and winners, including career achievements, impact within their professional and any contribution to the wider society through their education and professional experience.

 

Awards will be presented for HR Professional of the Year, Accountant of the Year, Banking & Capital Markets Professional of the Year, Fund Services Professional of the Year, Compliance & Risk Professional of the YearLawyer of the Year, Communications & Marketing Professional of the Year, Business Development Professional of the Year, Digital Professional of the YearEngineering & Manufacturing Professional of the YearIT & Tech Professional of the Year, Consulting & Advisory Professional of the YearEntrepreneur of the Year Best Organisation in Learning & Development, Special Recognition Award, and finally our overall Early Career Professional of the Year for 2019 award sponsored by  Lincoln Recruitment.

 

NOMINATIONS

Nominations for The Lincoln Recruitment Irish Early Career Awards 2019  are now open until the end of June. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive notifications.

To be eligible for the Award nominees must meet the basic award criteria, namely;

 

  • Must be 35 or under on the 31st December 2019
  • Show commitment to their personal and professional development
  • Show exceptional professional achievements and contribution in their functional, technical or specialist area

 

JUDGES

The awards are judged by a panel of experts representing top global and Irish companies and leading organisations across Ireland. Judges for 2019 are still in the process of being confirmed, please see selection below:

  • Maryrose Lyons, Digital Marketing Consultant at Brightspark Consulting
  • Keelin O’Brien, Managing Director at O’Brien Energy Consulting

  • Clive Kelly, President at the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland

Finalists will be announced in July 2019 and will be required to attend an interview with our judges scheduled for mid-September. Winners will then announced at the awards ceremony in the Mansion House on the 23rd of October 2019.
